Ground pvp and engineers?

I submitted this request earlier for the next engy lockbox module so they aren't such heavy **** magnets in gpvp.

The next engy lockbox power should be something along the lines of

To self only not team like the tact version is 10 second duration remove one debuff OR dot affect per second for 10 seconds

AND at the same time 10 seconds plus 250 physical and kinetic damage resist

thus giving them the ability to survive the heavy burst dps a tact and sci can apply as well as a concussive stack from multiple players.

45 second cooldown call it something like Mechanical Mastery and make it a mechanic module.

Any thoughts? Doc care to chime in?

Engies should get some sort of perfect sheilds with a minimum of a 50% uptime without tt. Maybe 80% uptime with tt. The shields should cause all dmg from lunge and tr to hit the sheilds and not bypass them.
