Minor Epic Mk XIV request

Once an item is fully upgraded and maxed out, would it be possible to remove all the numbers and percentages referring to tech and rarity points? Trying to get as few points spilling over is impossible, especially since one of my engineering consoles needed 144000 points so I got it to exactly 144000 but then had to apply another tech upgrade (had to use one of the common +2000 points) for it to actually start the upgrade.

My inner perfectionist/obsessive compulsive needs this please :D
