So a patch is coming...

Anyone want to take bets on what the grip de jour will be?

To make things interesting, the issue concerning the JH T6 ships is out… that’s been griped about already.

Aside from that, anything goes!

    If someone isn't complaining about something they are playing the wrong game.

    I think the fact that the "loot critter" has been a bug for a year should have 10 threads tomorrow.
    And some jerk has to say that cryptic is slapping them in the face and that the look critter bug breaks pvp.
    Did you know that my entire guild quit and fdisked their hardrive because of that bug?
    Should I start posting again after all this time?

    Sometimes when trying to pick up loot, the loot Is called “Loot Critter”.

    My gripe is the capitalization of the I in is there. I'm going to raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaage. ;)

    Everybody was expecting the Sector Space revamp to happen today.

    It's not happening today.

    That'll be the gripe.

    What do you mean Borg Red Alert cooldown is being cut down to 30min!?

    What about all the people that had to farm those 1hr Red Alerts to get their accos?

    There will be at least one gripe about how Cryptic let it's employee go home when their workday was over instead of staying at work until that poster's particular bug of choice is fixed.

    Well I for one shall be opening a beer ready to enjoy the forum rage when the server downtime is extended...as it always is these days.

    Any bets on how long it'll be this time?

    I think its only been extended once out of the last 5 patches*, so hardly always.


    * (And something like 5 out of the last 9)...

    They clearly said season 10 over and over ... no offense but anyone who thought it was coming today needs to learn to read.

    For the record I think the Sector Space revamp will unleash many many cascading bugs with the duty officer system, the episode missions (this bug is already visible on Tribble), the early tutorial missions and the Borg Red Alerts.

    I'm not looking forward to it.

    Current events to whine about:
    -Being "forced" to grind the crystal event (the whine explosion about the crystal event torpedo being OP may have to wait until people start getting them...then again, it may not)
    -The new bugship (absolutely everything about it)
    -Dust to Dust being level 60 now (as if they didn't see it coming)

    And then there's the old favorites:
    -Extended maintenance delay (with whines starting about 30 minutes before maintenance even starts)
    -<Insert poster's pet peeve bug here> is STILL not fixed (accompanied by usual whines about how they fixed <Insert list of bugs the poster was exploiting here> first)

    Yeah, I'm quietly concerned that the Sector Space revamp is gonna TRIBBLE Doffing over completely at first...

    The Doff UI revamp was bad enough when first pushed live too soon, I can see the Sector Space revamp being a disaster for Doffing...
    The entitlement is strong in these forums...
