I'm playing through "Doomsday Device", and I noticed that one of the cut scenes is outdated. It shows Admiral Quinn and Commander Burgess in Quinn's office on the old ESD. Not a game-breaker, but should probably get some attention at some point.
Maybe it could just be another office in ESD that's used for more sensitive communications. After all, Quinn's main office doesn't allow for much privacy.
After only 4 months, 19 weeks, 134 days, it's here. It's real!
As I recall, that episode is set before the "kaboom" and as such is perfectly fine.
I miss that old map, it made explaining where things were so much easier given that it was a big ring quartered off.
As pretty as the new one is, I'm forever taking the wrong turn to the boff trainer section
Or you could just say he's in a different office on another floor. Same with the kaboom episode, you beam into a point further down the mushroom than normal, especially given how much more damaged the station is down there. After all, its a big station.

Even ignoring the fact that the story takes place before the old ESD section was destroyed, it could just be Quinn's actual office rather than his desk in Ops. I really miss that office -- it was the one thing in old ESD that I feel is significantly better than the new one.
Another issue in Surface Tension is the Undine infiltrator is not present on New ESD, and with Memory Alpha axed, there's no longer any reference to him at all in the game outside the mission. It's no longer a shocking revelation; it's just the random name of a one-off character now.

Not really, its an inconsistency, as no new character will ever experience the old ESD.
yeah they will, it'd be the burning hulk of it.
Well, except the destroyed version during "Surface Tension", but that map is now inconsistent with everything that comes before it too now.
Commanding Officer: Captain Pyotr Ramonovich Amosov
Dedication Plaque: "Nil Intentatum Reliquit"
yeah it should had been offered as a 'special' and now it should be rewritten.
What do you think tacofangs?
