I'm currently playing the mission as KDF and I would like to suggest a couple of changes for the mission specifically aimed towards improving the mission for the KDF.
1: After the spiders have been squashed and the little puppies have been vanquished, can KDF officers be given the option to use puppy bones to beat the horned monkeys ? We are warriors after all.
2: Slamek.
After you have escaped and he starts his whole 'I'm not feeling very well' fakery he really isn't much use. Instead of running round getting him some medicine, it's far better if he gives proper aid and sustanance to a warrior by being eaten. I realise that he won't make much of a meal but a warrior must gather food from somewhere. This will save time having to listen to his whining and I really don't trust his idea of sharing a cave together.
He won't taste of chicken though, only weasel...
I hope the developers take my suggestions and use them.
Because I have leveled some alts lately, I have replayed this mission a couple of times. Overall I like the mission and the whole Romulan story. However, when lighted on, the story begins to ramble.
Taken prisoner, that can happen. Put together with another prisoner, who turns out to be an informer, it make sense. He is there to gain your trust so he can get information from you. Is that happening.
Here is a moment where Hakeev brief Slamek for his task.
- Slamek, we have a new prisoner
- It's to bright here
- We put you with him. Try to get as much information as you can. Help him even escape, so when we catch he is frustrated, tired and feels disappointed. Then we will kill him. Do you realize how it feels to get killed while feeling tired, frustrated and disappointed?
