new sector map bugs I manage to encounter

ROM-KDF character

after clicking red flashing borg alert button I'm transfered to sol sytem with no borg encounter loading... not always thou firrst time I went sol, all six attempts, during second time borg alert appeared I was taken to the borg alert map

deep dpace encounters does not work

    Only the DSEs with KDF-aligned encounter groups(Klingon, Gorn, Orion, Nausicaan) cannot be participated in by KDF players.. you can still take part in the Borg, Mirror Universe, and Tal Shiar ones.

    That said, the former part does seem like an oversight.
