Tractor Beam Mine quality upgrade

Do Tractor Beam Mines also get a quality upgrade? (from rare to vr, ur, or epic)? If so, do they get some special mod?

    To some degree, yes they do.

    They go from some lvl50+ range mines, to a lvl60+ range.

    As for how much more effective they become well, the basic description doesn't include such information!
