Are there any missons giving out Lobi Crystals?

Or any other ways to get them besides lock boxes?

    Missions giving out Lobi are reserved for special events, usually a mission-replay one towards the end of season. The last First Contact Day event gave out a small amount of Lobi too.

    There are special 'Promotion!' packs, either R&D packs or Duty Officer Packs that come out during special sales that give a tiny, tiny chance for a very nice ship or 10 Lobi. None are being sold in the C-Store at the moment, but there should be some on the Exchange.

    Indeed. I think the idea behind Lobi crystals is as a way to rewards players who are 'trying' to get a ship from a lockbox, but who are having no luck.
