useless mods

Why the frig, do you insist on shoving utterly craptacularly useless mods on our items. Explain to me what the bloody use of SLIPSTREAM mods are on a MK TWO item? Answer, there is never a use for slipstream mods on ANY MK item. They are TRIBBLE and a waste of a mod slot. Whoever decided shoving a mod on an item you use at low levels for a skill you can't use till 50, is brain damaged.
