To'Duj Playable Shuttle unavailable?

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this...

I've had the To'Duj since 2011 - currently only active on 1 alt - and tried to claim it on another.

However; it's not in the Zen store at all, and on the shipyard it's greyed out. I assume this is something to do with it now being an unlock from the "first time buyer" promotion... but the shuttle is now "unintentionally" locked for older players to reclaim.

No response to either tickets or bug reports; chalk this one up as another wasted purchase alongside additional KDF costume slots.

    After reading this I just checked on a char I haven't claimed my To'Duj with and I was able to claim the fighter both from the C-Store and the shipyard.

    So, it's probably an individual issue for you and I wish you much better luck in resolving this than I had - the pet Targ pup went missing (exactly as you describe) from the C-Store for me one day 3 years ago and up untill now after Kahless knows how many in-game and forum bug reports none of the clowns running this show has bothered to even show interest, let alone fix it. And it's costing them money too since I wanted the Targ on all my KDF chars and I do play mostly KDF, they just don't seem to give a damn.

    My Targ disappeared as well. Not only from the store but also from my inventories :(
