What kind of tools would be useful to you?

I am fishing for ideas.

stoacademy.com does a great job in providing tools to assist players. That said, what kind of tools would be helpful to you in playing STO?

Personally, I'd like something to tell me how adding this console is likely to effect my DPS or total shields bonus. I'm a little nervous about doing that because we don't have easy access to the underlying formulas.

What types of things, do you think could be built?

the best tool would simply be accurate and correct numerical descriptions of *exactly* what skills do, for how long, with how much cooldown, etc. Most of the descriptions have either incorrect or incomplete info.
