Looking for Five Amigos to start a fleet.

What I want out of a fleet?
Well, obviously I want all the perks of being in a fleet without having to depend on someone else's bureaucracy to get them. I want a small fleet with a friendly, helpful, and playful environment. One that isn't afraid to explore the game and make mistakes, but also tolerant and respectful of it's members. I consider play time very important and therefore I don't want to waste my play time or yours with restrictions and silly ranking rules. I want a fleet where everyone is equal and has equal access to fleet perks. But you know, contributing to the fleet is important, otherwise we can't enjoy the provisions if we don't contribute to fleet projects, contribution should also be an equal responsibility. So whatever projects are started the require contribution will be divided equally amongst fleet members - make sense?
Team speak - I don't normally use it, because I hate the feedback of my sissy voice, but I'm not against it. At the moment I don't have a working mic but plan on replacing it soon. I don't have a teamspeak channel, but I'm sure we can figure out how to get one eventually.
Roleplaying - I like to roleplay, but just don't get crazy, and no, I will not roleplay every day and every minute of my play time. Usually I have a character for roleplaying, and one for general gaming, so you will know which is which when I use them.
