Requesting again: Rerecruit the Romulan story boffs

Over the course of the Romulan story, we're given the boffs Satra, Hiven, Veril, and D'Vex on our first run through the early missions. They're integrated into the story pretty well, they even have a little spoken dialogue, and you get attached to them. They're sort of mediocre as far as boffs go, so I'm sure many of us have discharged them for superior boffs (I still have D'Vex in my candidate roster, though )

Would it be possible to reward these boffs a second time on mission replay? Now that the new training is done (and we need to keep fewer boffs dedicated to certain space abilities) and I've fallen out of the min/max mindset, I wouldn't mind having them as my ground away team again.

However, he never followed up on the thread. If there's a technical reason why it can't be done, I understand, but I just wanted to raise the issue again.

They can be made available again during the Featured Episode event...which we're overdue for iirc.

I would support this. And making it possible to turn them into training manuals as well so we get the best of both options.

I still have Tovan, Satra, and Veril. D'vex wasent all that impressive, I diched Hiven to make room, Satra has tachyon beam 3 but I have tractor beam repulsers instead, I converted the Kobali boff into a reverse shield polarity 3 training manual and Veril read it. And my away team is Reman only. So I would'nt mind this for the next episode replay event, B'rella could be in this too. And speaking of said event, I would'nt get the Reman sci or Breen tac, they'd become manuals

I'd rather have their costume options available to all boffs and characters so I can ditch Cryptic's ****ty crew in favor of my own without regrets.

D'Vex wasn't all that impressive? Really? Maybe as far as skills, but as reagards traits, he's the ONLY one of the bunch I use even in endgame, and that's for both space and ground. He has TWO unique traits that are very helpful, Veteran and Space Warfare Specialist. If you ditched him without looking at traits, you have my sincere sympathy.

The others, on the other hand, I find about as useful as a bucket without a bottom (after the lower levels). You can find better BOFFs than them on the Exchange, but you won't find one with D'Vex's traits at ANY price.

They really should change some of the traits on Toven Khev, Satra, Veril, Hiven and D'Vex so that it scales up as player level increases. If done right, it would be slightly better than the Superior versions of those traits when the player reaches level cap. Failing that, just change over to the Superior version since some of them already have the superior versions of other traits.

Toven Khev: Romulan Operative, Superior Soldier, Superior Stubborn
Satra: Peak Health, Romulan Operative, Stasis Specialist
Veril: Acute Senses, Creative, Resilient, Subterfuge
Hiven: Acute Senses, Creative, Peak Health
D'Vek: Acute Senses, Superior Peak Health

They can easily do all of this game wide with a patch much like the have for other items. At a minimum, it would help to mitigate being railroaded into using plasma weapons on some of those characters.
