Command Platform Synergy buffed?

I've just noticed that the 4 set Command console bonus, Command Platform Synergy, is showing a 33% increase in Energy Weapon damage... It was a 15% bonus before the patch...

Was this buffed, as I don't recall seeing this mentioned, or is this a bug?
The entitlement is strong in these forums...

    maybe sarchasmdetector can chime in? I know he tested before today's patch.

    Yeah, I don't remember seeing anything in the notes for it. +15% was pretty weak for the 4pc, even with the platform upgrades...+33% would be a good move, imho.
