Khan Uniform on all toons?

So I have Khans costume unlocked on my account. It was a prize from playing Arc several years ago I believe. However, I tried to put it on one of my toons and its not available.. not a single piece of it.

I switched to off duty on the first page,, the hair wasn't even available. Switched to off duty on the costume select page,, nothing. It shows up under a " bare chest" option on my toons that have it, however several of my toons don't have " bare chest" as option.

I don't remember the details of the giveaway.. I know I had to log in using arc,, and I got the costume. However I don't remember if each individual character had to log in,, or just one.

Can anyone fill in the blanks in my memory? The costume isn't in the Cstore. If I log in through Arc on the toons that don't have it will they get it?

Looked through the forums and couldn't find anything likely because it was so long ago. Any help would be great!

I believe that if you log in through Arc again and load a character who doesn't have it yet, they'll gain access to it.
