Arc Launcher not working right

Has anyone tried to access the links in the Arc launcher and found there not currently working?

I have tried everything on my end and all other programs are working except for Arc and so logging this for Cryptic to look at and hopefully fix.

Please reply if you are having the same problem.

    It might be something to do with the maintenance on STO. Cryptic extended the hours today. As of right now (100 PM Eastern Standard Time) no dice in logging in.

    It's 8pm here, and i cant even click the arc icon to start the client nor can i with the star trek icon. never done this before.
