Latest patch notes released and no lag/Ui/Disconnection fixes mentioned

So the latest patch notes are up, I'm a little concerned that not only is there no acknowledgment of the lag and rubber banding that has been posted around the forum, but also nothing mentioning the UI Lag that is driving me personally nuts.
