Very dissappointed

I am very disappointed in the current status of Star Trek Online, You would think the team of people responsible for this game would do more to fix the problems that are currently going on. But no, all they seem to care about is adding worthless material and events that don't even work most of the time and messes up the entire game. There are countless glitches, lags, rubber banding, texture problems,disconnects and I'm sure I'm Leaving out a lot more then that. Now I have encountered errors causing it to crash back to the desktop, I feel that it doesn't do any good to fill out a crash report because it seems nothing gets down about it. I am a huge fan of the Star Trek Universe and I do see potential in this game. But right now, I don't now if this game is worth my time anymore.

    I've already said in a thread i did, that the game needs a complete overhaul.
    I love this game, and if this was a game on CD and it was faulty, I would take it back to the shop.
    Cryptic want to make their money, we know that, but if a game is faulty and full of bugs, then that is not going to sell is it?Faulty game means less money being spent by customers.(playerbase)
