Advice on ships

So at the moment, I'm looking between a JHEC, a Fleet Mogh, or the new Vaadwaur Astika Battlecruiser, and I'm not sure which one has the best DPS. I'm not really certain if the critD/crtH console on the Astika trumps the cloak + 1 spare console on the Fleet Mogh, or if the JHEC can outdps both even with 1 weapon slot down due to an extra Tac Slot


Any advice would be appreciated.

    All things considered the Astika is fleet-T6 level and has a command/eng seat to replace some superflous engi powers and it's trait is also something to consider.

    Not sure about it's DPS since that also strongly depends on the pilot but it definitely has an edge over the other ships.
