Command Battle cruiser Icon Tray Glitch

Since upgrading to the Command Battle Cruiser last week i'm finding that the Icon Tray keeps getting knocked offline with little effort of incoming weapons fire, is anyone else having the same problem?

    It's not because of the command ship you own, it's a consequence from the UI lag that has been happening lately - I'm expriencing the same on mulitple different ships.
