Torpedo spread III

Been trying to discover how to obtain TS3, but all I can seem to find on the forum is that it's currently untrainable.

So...where are the training manuals on the exchange (costing about 1.5- 2 mil) coming from?

    If you have a boff with ts3, you can 'exchange' the boff for a training manuel.

    The JemHadar from Facility 4028 posseses the ability and you can exchange it for the manual.

    This is deffinitly the easiest way, the mission is quiet short anyway.

    That's odd because it can't be crafted. Only high yield III can.

    yeah that makes no sense. The only way to get it is from a Boff not from crafting.

    Just completed " Military Achievement: Andorian Bridge Officer" - random, but he has TS3

    They're all over the exchange now. Just search under "all" for "Torpedo Spread III"

    Once you have the training manual you can apply it to any tactical boff you have.

    Note that any "training manual" you create from a boff that is bound will subsequently also be bound. If you get TS3 from one of these rare boffs, you cannot trade it. It must be used on that char's other boffs.

    Just an FYI.
