Just ditch the DBB and replace it with another beam. If it's not some [CrtD] x2 or x3 then the BO won't be much of a benefit compared to a BFW with more single arrays.

And think about replacing your omega torp with the nerutronic from the delta rep. As it stands now it's pretty much the best torp in the game though I'm somewhat expecting it to be hit with the nerf hammer in the future.

Can't say much to your BO's since I know jack about the command stuff, aside from that I'd say it looks solid. Maybe switch one or two neutrino consoles for more useful ones like the nukara or rom console.

actually to go with was seriousdave said, ditch the DBB put one of the beam arrays from the back to replace it and get the ancient omni directional AP beam from the rep rewards if you don't have it, to have 3 x omni arrays in the back. Then you can get the obelisk warp core from the same mission reward for a set bonus with the omni array to boost AP damage. Only other change is to get the counter command deflector because its has the best dmg boost of any deflector. As far as abilities i dont know about the abilities, i prefer intel atm.

Nukara 2-set>Counter-Command Deflector.

And command abilities basically exist to proc All Hands On Deck.
