Female MACO Operational Chest Gear missing Combadge

I've noticed that this combadge has been missing for a long time, but I always just figured that's how the MACO Operational Chest Gear was... but then I saw one of my male fleeties using the same piece, and it appears to have it.

I would like to have the Starfleet chevron on my MACO Operational Chest Gear too!
