*Suggestion* New Fleet Dilithium Mechanics

-Fleet Dilithium Bank
This is an area or console to access Dilithium shared by a fleet, allows for ONLY withdraws by fleet members. It should also be configurable like the fleet bank so that fleets can set it up as they wish, such as what ranks can use and access it and how much certain ranks can withdraw per day.

-Fleet Dilithium Mine Miners
Currently only the player can mine for the fleet at the mine, even though we see NCPs running around “mining”, if we added missions for the fleet to complete through the Dilithium mine holding to unlock and maybe even upgrade miners as the fleet progresses then an income for the fleet as a whole could be achieved. Just like certain stores for the fleet and other things have to be resupplied, the fleets would need to supply the miners with environmental suits and mining lasers from time to time. The gain from the miners would be based on the tier of the Dilithium mine, and on the number of players online such as X amount of miners can only work when X amount of fleeties are on. Miners are the ONLY way input Dilithium into the Dilithium bank.
I’m welcome to new ideas and suggestions relating to this post, however remember Wheaton’s law! :) Also if a dev sees this and adds some of these ideas, give me a heads up as I like to know when new things are coming to the game.

Other than potential implications, I can definitely see this can be a great idea to implement. Just needs to be ironed out with some things. But this can definitely help encourage teamwork in fleets! Think of it almost like a doff system where you send doffs out in a mission but for the fleet.

And to prevent any potential corruption, the resources gained should be only used as a fleet, not for individuals.

I really don't see a "Dilithium Bank" whose function is for withdrawals of dilithium by fleet members being beneficial or desirable. I'm going to ignore the potential for abuse by Fleet Leads, because I would just beat mine with Tree (and bad puns) and just point out that we really don't need another mechanism to earn dilithium.

The amount of dilithium that can be refined per day by an individual is roughly in line with the amount of dilithium that can be earned pretty easily in about 90 minutes.

19 Doff missions + one Contraband DOff mission turn in (at login, 5 minutes to restart) ~= 2200-2800 Dil
ISA ( ~15 minutes - CSA can be even faster) - 720 Dil
Starbase24 queue (~20 minutes including queue time) - 360 Dil
Azure Nebula Rescue (~15 minutes) - 360 Dil
Asteroid mining dailies (~15 minutes) ~= 800-1000 dil (+ crafting mats)
Fleet Dil mine dailies (~20 minutes) ~= 2000-2480
    ~=
6440 dil to 7720 dil. If you do them in the order above, sneak in another advanced STF to cap. And if you took a few 30 minute Doff missions there's some bonus to be had there.

Do some dinosaur hunting or Defera for 20 minutes if you don't like the space stuff. Do a foundry mission. The devs spent a lot of time making sure that dilithium earnings/time played was in line with their intentions. And the costs (both in time and currency) to upgrade shiny toys to be even shinier are reasonable. We keep logging in because time and credit sinks help provide the incentive to play. And diversity of the time sinks (diversity of marks) encourages us to do more than ISA all the time.

Nothing is more fantastically boring in game than having all the shiny stuff. It's nice for about 3 days, then you realize you have nothing to work for.

I might support a "Fleet DOffing System", but that seems like a duplication of the existing fleet projects.
