UI delay not fixed with 12th Feb patch

UI Delay was not fixed with the recent patch on Feb 12th.
Try fighting your way through voth battlezone with a Pulsewave or sniper rifle. Practically unplayable if you have a group of voth medics and spec ops to take out as you're weapons don't activate or heals.
Next time you put something in the patch notes to say its resolved test it 1st.
How about giving us back the old icons/graphics. Never never let me emphasis NEVER did i have a single issue in little over 4 years of gameplay with the previous UI.
NEW ONE BUGGED FROM DAY 1
Some advice if something is working in game, leave it well alone as all you ever seem to do is break it.
1. Loadout tray bugged to hell
2. New boff training and equipping newly trained skills reset themselves to defaults.
3. UI Lagged
4. STF's were butchered with Delta Rising. NPC's totally out of scale against each other. Example Cure Space the Boss carrier being easier to take out than a single BOP spawned from the shipyard.
5. Constant reward tweaks to Missions making some of them worthless to play. Colony Invasion is now dead. Was always a good quick run to pop and get some fleet marks.
If anyone else can think of anything to add to the list please do.

For the last two days, in the afternoon (Central time) I start getting kicked from the game. When I try to sign in, I get kicked from the login server several times. If I make it to character screen, it takes a long time to load that up. When I click to enter game I sit there and look at the background image for the character screen for a long time before it even goes to the transfer image. Then that takes forever to even get to my last destination. And that's if it doesn't boot me off the login server.
And if I get into the game, nothing will respond for literally minutes, or not at all. I can click on the map to go somewhere and my ship will not power up and move. I can't write in the chatbox, I can't click off finished DOFFs, nothing.
Then I get kicked out again. Or just log off and log on again. Oh, the game has no problem when I click on Exit, it'll exit me out real fast.
This is very annoying.
I also want to say, this seems to be happening during peak times. once it gets into evening (Central) I can play again, so I suspect it has something to do with server load.
If so, Cryptic/PWE needs to do something about that. Find a way to increase server capability when they're running events.
