Cant find Eve of Resolutions

I dont know if Im the only one having this issue but I cant for the life of me find this mission. I know it was down for a while than back up on 1/6 but whenever I go into Foundry, I dont see it

Is there another way to access this mission such as a Top 3 spotlight based on location? Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do to find it. I love greendragoon's previous work and it's killing me I cant find this. Help!

    It's up there, but it hasn't been spotlighted yet. Goto the Foundry tab in the Mission Journal. Click on the Browse All button. You'll see a drop down arrow next to "Top Rated at the top. Enter the title, "Eve of Resolutions" then hit search. It should come right up. :)
