Kobali Engineering Corps Veterans

Hi, Does anybody know if these are working correctly?

for example the technician one only has the bonus damage vs vaadwaur and R&D, not the actual technician trait that reduces skill cd when used with aux2bat etc

    All the kobali are the same in that they don't have any of powers related to their specialization. So I think it is working as intended.
