Hey guys someone gave me a link to this guy Bagel's Skiller planner page about his 50k dps Phantom Intel Escort.
Link is
http://http://www.stoacademy.com/tools/skillplanner/?build=phantomsingletarget50kdps_7227
I'm actually trying to mimic more or less, but I'm kinda stuck on what Elite Fleet Plasma Warp core he is using,,,, the page isn't to specific, and I don't wanna purchase the wrong one... Can someone help me out here or if someone knows the guy that posted the skiller planner let him know I'm looking for him?
Thanks for any help.

Not Bagel, but I know him rather well.
It's the Elite Fleet Plasma Integrated [Eff] [W->A] [ECap] [AMP] [SSS] Warp Core.
The reason it has W->S and W->A listed on the page is because it got W->S at Epic, as all cores do. He said himself that it's not necessary to get it epic though, so don't worry about that.
Here's a link to a collection of his builds, if you ever want to copy anything else of his.

Actually not really liking that build all that muchl. SS1 + SS3?! You have Reciprocity! A have single copy of SS3 on as good as perma-global. For that reason I use a single OSS3 too (but that could arguably be combined with an OSS2). Thus I have a dual IT combo going as well.
You might be right... Depending on the groups tbo I was thinking of keeping my Obilisk Warp core with the anceint omni beam for that 2 set, I didn't really think beam arrays in the back seemed usefull, someone suggested they are if your above the target, and he uses alot of turning.
I don't have his bridge officer setup so things might change there, also with 2 OSS2 it made sense with the testing so far and the deflector and other items you get, they come back up really quick before SS3 is up I seldom use SS1, if everything is on cooldown but think of it this way..... You gotta be missed for everything to work right with reciprocity, and targets are already dieing, Before I get missed in the first place.
Just from my little bit of testing atm.
Thanks for the proper warp core heads up to the other guy
Well, what a lot of high dps'ers, including Bagel and Jena, are are realizing is that you can't count on Reciprocity; and given the choice between not having aggro and not having reciprocity, they've been preferring the latter.

Reciprocity does not preclude aggro. It just means they're missing you (if we loosely define aggro as 'stuff shooting at you').
Far be it from me to go against sarcasmdetector et al., but I'm running a single copy of SS3 with Reciprocity, and 2 purple beam cd-reduction doffs (they work on SS too), and SS3 is really almost as good as always on global.
Let me clarify what I'm saying.
Tank=no aggro, no concern about dying (aside from core breaches), but no reciprocity.
No tank= probable aggro, potential concern about dying, and reciprocity.
So far, Bagel (and others) request me, and Jena just knows to swap for Zemok when he sees me around. :P

As far as Reciprocity, I ran into two issues with this ship: once I started hitting 60k+ in it, I was killing targets too quickly to draw aggro from them; plus being a single target ship I drew very little from the other targets in the area. Second, as Vel mentioned, I was having major issues pulling enough aggro on maps with good tanks or other high dps'rs, which made Reciprocity rarely proc. That's why I went back to the doubled abilities; I keep the lower tier abilities on a separate key bind as a "just-in-case". Outside of those two issues, Reciprocity should keep you on global for SS.
Thanks for the explanation.
