BO Transfers

I've been gone awhile, so this probably has already been brought up, but I would like to see an option to transfer my BOs between my characters. When you are on the status screen looking at a BO, under the career option you should also have "transfer", not just "discharge" or "promote".

I do think commissioned BOs should be account locked, but able to transfer them between my toons. In Star Trek, personnel are being transferred all the time, so why not in STO. It seems pretty harsh that once I find a better BO, that I just "discharge" the poor soul from Star Fleet... lol

Just saying...it would be nice to transfer BOs to another one of my toons that could make better use out of him/her.

    (by the way you can trade them to a friend and back to yourself, but its not practical to keep trading them to *share* a set of officers easily. I guess you could make another account just for that.... if you really wanted to...).

    I'd love that but I wouldn't keep my hopes up...
