Bridge Officers can now be converted into a Training Manual.
To begin this process, in either the inventory or Bridge Officer Candidate window, right click an Officer and choose to Create Manual.
The player can now choose to create one Manual from one of the available powers that the Bridge Officer has.
Pressing Choose Manual will create the Manual and place it into the inventory to be used later.
If the Bridge Officer is bound, the Training Manual will also be bound once made.
Commissioned Bridge Officers can no longer be traded or placed onto the Exchange.
Players can still sell, trade, and mail uncommissioned Bridge Officers unless they are bound.
Resolved an issue where the R&D project for Emergency Power to Auxiliary III would not award the Training Manual.
Resolved an issue where occasionally switching a loadout would cause inaccurate Bridge Officer switching.
Resolved an issue which was causing the ability to set quantities to create in R&D to not actually set the quantity correctly such as when attempting to craft multiple PADDs.
Resolved an issue where Bridge Officers could sometimes get in a state where they can have Command and Intel powers at the same time.
The power Evade Target Lock III now correctly appears as a space power.
Resolved an issue that prevented the Vaadwaur Manasa Escort [T6] from receiving its Starship Mastery buffs.
Resolved an issue which was causing the Vaadwaur Astika Heavy Battlecruiser’s shields to display damage on the opposite of where the damage was coming from.
Resolved an issue where the Delta Intel Bridge Officers could not be trained in new skills

YES!!!!! :):):) Excellent. I'm very pleased that you guys are keeping your word and keep squashing those bugs and addressing the leftover issues from the conversion. Keep up the great work. :D

I agree, they sorted out several issues on this. This patch is much needed.

Important question: Did they get maintenance done on schedule?

I'll be able to sit down and play in a few minutes, I guess I'll find out...

And the skies shall be filled with the screams of bridge officers as they are torn asunder to form new PADDs . . . .

i believe turning them into padds is more humane than letting the bridge officers eat each other to gain there powers. At least turning into a padd the ability is permanent.

Yes they did. 15 mins early actually. :D But you probably already know that. And yes 3 dozen BOFFs converted... torn asunder for my profiteering.

Did they fix the Dyson ships yet so you don't have to use a Boff with the power you want (aka GWIII) who had the power natively and not trained?

I think of it more as the BOff recording his/her experience's in a log-padd and passing on that info to another Boff, before leaving for a new assignment.
The only thing the transporter does is send the old BOff to a Starbase.

Yes, boff Timmy was sent to the starbase where he can run around and play all day. And take good care of your goldfish and hamster.

Sorry, the starbase is very far away so we won't be able to visit him.

Feeding people to our hungry starbases, selling people on the exchange, now converting people into books? Is there no end to Starfleets depravity?!?!

They could be being fed into replicators for a much more nefarious purpose...

I'm imagining the conversion process as working like the Kelvan device in that TOS episode. The one that collapsed people into small geometric shapes made of plaster. That you could crush....

    Don't judge me.
