wtb klingon tac boff with ts3 and csv3

Title says it all. Looking to buy an old tac boff that you might have and no longer use that has ts3 and csv3. Send mail with price and place to trade.

    csv3 can happen in the wild, but TS3 is very rare. For a while it was only on a couple of unique boffs. Now it can happen on some rom boffs with a low level of frequency but it doesn't happen on KDF ones randomly.

    You CAN, however, get that boff in the KDF Academy by the exchange for free. He has TS3. Then just wait for the coming patches to allow turning boffs into training manuals. This is already on tribble and heading our way (eventually...). If you can hold out, I would suggest you do so. Finding a KDF boff with CSV3 and TS3 pre-trained might be a statistical impossibility.

    Yea I can get csv3 or ts3 easy but getting both is a major problem and impossible without a trade. Just like my bo3 and csv3 boff I have currently, can't obtain it. Devs really dropped the ball by not at least either setting up a no-trade vendor or leaving skill training in game until the skills were available. Poor planning, no temporary fix, and its going on two weeks now.
