Alternatives to assimilated equipment

Hello,

I've been using the assimilated deflector and engines for a few years now never having the need really to change up. But now with so many rep gears and fleet equipment out there i'm wondering if the 2-piece bonus is worth it anymore?

I'd like some advice on a potentially better 2-piece or two individual pieces of equipment that would help me.

I'm a TAC captain in a T6 Guardian Cruiser.

    For tanking, I still haven't found anything better than that two piece set.

    But if you want more offense, try the 2-piece Nukara Shield + Engines and the Delta Deflector.
