Omega Particle R&D Questions...

After the 26th, will the Science R&D projects remain?

of course, my main question, and most worrying, cause I know cryptic has changed unexpected stuff in the past...After the event, will the Traces/Shards/Fragments suddenly become account bound? (I know the upgrades are, i'm ok with this)

    Yes it will stay and in next weeks patch it goes into it's own school so as not to clutter up the sci school. However the minigame will end when the event ends.

    excellent thank you for finding that!

    i'm still worried if they will make the fragments account/char bound so they can't be sold after the event is over

    Then stock up on them now while they are cheaper. Even if they don't lock it after the event the cost of them will go up as the supply dries out. If they did bind them it is likely they would do it the same way as the omega upgrade kits and so account bound.

    However there has been no mention of that yet so not something to get worried about.
