These could be random BOffs in the 3 base classes and both sexes since you can now train in Intel and Command. These BOffs could each have a unique Space Trait and could be rarity Uncommon to Very Rare.
Additionally I'd like to see Unique BOffs receive the Gold rarity with Superior in all traits. These would be the Specialty BOffs Liberated Borg Human/Klingon/Reman, Borg Science, EMH, and Android, while unique mission reward BOffs and Lobi Store BOffs could be listed as Ultra Rare. This would be the Breen, Reman, Borg Romunlan, Zindi Reptilian, Tac Holo, Voth, Hirearchy, etc.
BOffs rarity trait stats:
Gold=4 Superior
Ultra Rare=3 Superior
Very Rare=2 Superior
Rare=1 Superior
Uncommon=1 Basic
Common=2 Basic
^I kinda agree, but everyone knows if Cryptic does anything with Borg Liberated sets. BOFFs, and especially lockboxes this game is getting ready to end.
Not necessarily. With the introduction of the Cooperative, it's only a matter of time before we have access to a Cooperative lockbox. It may not necessarily be the "borg" stuff we're looking for... but we'll gain access to "borg" stuff... it's only a matter of time.
Just don't be surprised when it's not Collective spheres, probes, and cubes... but something all new.
I've always themed my crew to be mostly Liberated Borg, story-wise... especially the Senior officers. This would be simpoly awesome.
Frankly, the Borg implants should be a costume-unlock for anyone, who is a lifer, to be used on any character/boff they'd want to. As being a Liberated Borg is not all that advantageous, in terms of game/stats (nothing wrong with that, I don't need P2W to be good at this game), and the Borg implants are nothing more than cool costume unlocks anyways.

And the Seven of Nine implants be available to almost everyone not just female Starfleet Officers and female Federation-aligned Romulan Republic Officers. I don't care if my Breen or Jem'Hadar Bridge Officers can't use them, but I should be able to use them on a Gorn Bridge Officer.

Yeah, agreed there. In case of Seven of Nine implants, out of the costume (which is horrible, but I digress, I only got it because of the implants), should be available to both males and females, of any faction. I'm kinda upset with all these tailor restructions in general, as there's no reason for them, given the costume you wear does not affect the gameplay, your stats or anything, and is purely meant for a visual decoration... and also a way to make your character and your crew unique, and to your liking.
I've always wanted to get Liberated Borg male boffs too, but even thoose in game, aside of Reman for Romulans and the uncustomizable one, they are all.. surprisingly, females, to my disappointment. We really don't need cubes and all that junk, but getting Borg implants as a costume unlock useable on all species for Lifers would be... greatly appreciated.

There is a Borg set from the Omega group as far as space sets go and the ground gear is vs Borg so there is that.
I can't see BOffs coming from a lockbox though. Roms have access to 5 LBBOffs. LBRomulan, LBReman, LBHuman/Klingon, LBScience, and LBIntelligence. That's 2 more than anyone else can get and I don't play a Rom as my main.

I honestly thought that the Delta Force Lockbox was going to be themed after the Cooperative. that didn't happen though, not to say it still couldn't. While Borg "stuff" would be very welcomed by me, I want more options primarily in my BOffs and even DOffs as I am trying to build my crew up that way.

Exactly what I have done in 5 cases. I have a LBHum Tac, Sci and Eng, a LBRom Tac and a LBKling Sci. The Away Teams are all trying to mimic as Borg using the Android to fill the 4th BOff slot.
The problam I had early on with this is that my Away team was composed of 2 Eng (LBBorg and Android) and 2 Sci (LBSci and LBRom.)
When I made my LBRom Capt I started with a LBRom Sci, LBReman Tac and a LBHum Eng (lvl 10) and When I got into the ground STF I was able to get me a second Sci LB for my Away Team. Now She has the addition of the Intel LB BOff and none of my other characters were able to add anyone to fill that missing Tac slot on the ground. So my LBHum and LBKling Sci has 3 Sci and 2 Eng and my LBHum Eng has 3 Eng and 2 Sci.
I think the easiest way to add other races to the mix of LB is to add LBAliens.

These LB BOffs like all the others (except Reman and Rom-Intel) can be gained by any player. I would love to see them added as a Cooperative Unlock. Either a reputation or a mission should unlock the Cooperative BOffs Assignments Officer, where you can buy these six (6) BOffs and have them join your crew.
This store could even offer the Borg "stuff" and Cooperative DOffs. I'd be thrilled to see a Borg Tranwarp Drive added as a Warpcore and Singularity and hopefully give a 3rd Set bonus to the Omega set.:D
