T6? I've been planning to get the Odyssey pack in the near future and the Scimitar and Bortasqu's after that but if I had a choice for tier 6, I would wait for the command ships.

I would love a T6 Vesta. It's a great ship as it is but a T6 version would keep it up to date with other new ships.

Hell i'd be happy to upgrade it again if it meant I could use it with the equivalent stats of the other T6 ships out there.

Just a fleet T6 version with a new skin would be a guaranteed sale for me.

I have the Dauntless (T6-ish) and one of the Klingon ships in my sights, but as i am grinding the zen together from dilithium it will be a while before i make the purchase.

    Probably with the next sale.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

If it used a singularity core - yes.

Considering the T6 will be useless in a few years with the next level cap, or in a few months with the usual powercreep, the answer is no. . .
I am absolutely not trying to be snarky, honestly, but you might as well stop playing mmos. There will ALWAYS be something better on the horizon to quest/work/grind for. That's how companies keep you playing/paying. While they may be dressed up to various degrees of effectiveness, ultimately MMOs are hamster wheels.

Having said that, I have the zen to get a new ship, but I'm holding out for one with the console and boff layout I like. I'm thinking a RSV or Vesta refit will fit the bill, so for now I'm trying to be patient.

In the future I'd love for players have more customization options to craft the ship they want (boff layouts, consoles, turn rate, hull, shield modifiers, weapons layout etc.) I don't see Cryptic ever getting there, however.,

Nope, I would use Zen and/or Dilithium, though, but only if the ship is worth it...

I could try opening my wallet for a new warbird or KDF ship but it keeps closing after 1 or 2 seconds and no $$$ particles are awarded. Maybe if there was better testing and debugging of content my wallet would open longer?

hardly. Command is more team support, and not dps themed, so it may fall to the wayside for most people. It does look pretty nice for torps which might work for some sci ships or a few other builds. And it may actually be awesome for ground combat teamwork. But intel rules the bridge now in space.

You bring up a good point here-I only play PVE, never PVP. And the difficulty revamp ruined Advanced STFs for me, too. My point is I'd rarely need truly team based powers. With that in mind, perhaps I SHOULD pick from the current lineup of Intel ships and ships with Intel Boff slots...

Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.
