The tool tip says you gain +25% turn rate and 10% speed at full impulse( all power gets dumped to engines)
This confuses me because the pilot star ship trait pedal to the metal also says +10% damage at while at full impulse (just maxed the throttle, no power to engines)
One does not equal the other even though they BOTH say works at full impulse. Which is a shame cause that would of been a great trait to use.
