Game launcher stuck on patch. What gives !

Before i had this issue i warped out of sol system to allied sphere space and starting getting server not responding on and off for 5 mins, game was unplayable as SNR would only stop and then restart within secs of each other.
I logged out completely, Reset my modern although i'm posting here so no internet connection issues. And now the launcher is stuck on patch with no patch. I've tried force verifying closing and relaunching but its dead Jim.

Any ideas what could be causing this issue. Hamster on a coffee break ?

opps never mind 10 mins later guess the hamsters coffee break is over. we have life.
