Was taking a look at satire on the lottery in the US and found it fun especially since lots of stuff in this mmo has the lottery feel to it. lock box = money maker = funds the devs = good thing
Gosh gambling is a problem in the US at times isn't it ;-)

    What's this got to do with helping Cryptic out? It's just a satirical rant about US lotteries, so what?

    So, it's just a small part of their entire revenue model... I still don't see how a wannabe comedian ranting about US lotteries has any relevance on how Cryptic choose to monetise a F2P game...

    The answer for those who don't like lockboxes is really simple, don't open them...

    If you can't resist the temptation, you should seek help as you clearly have self control issues...

    It feels like cryptic has given us two choices doesn't it choice 1. supposed "asian" style grindfest or choice 2. supposed "US"style lottery systems in the forms of lockboxes ... rand d boxes etc. lolol
    and ofcourse dont feel bad .... you are funding a game you all love right ?

    LOL, in 2012 i got a warning thats still on my account for saying about the asian style grinding !!!!
