what do i do when i try to put an item up on auction house but it won't post?

like the message says to hopefully make a long story short i went and bought a fleet ship mod with the refined D. i had trying to post it on the auction house and it won't show up in the main sellers list do i need to reinstall the game and let it re patch or is there anything i can do on my end this is the first time i have experienced this

    The exchange lag is crippling the ability to sell anything that is only in the "ALL" category - that is if there's no subcategory.

    If you search for your item under "lieutenant" grade you can most likely find it. You'll see that these prices are much lower than without adding lieutenant, however some people know to search like that so you can sell most items.

    First, there is a real terrible lag when posting today. Twice I had to post anew because it just didn't take it on the first attempt.

    Second, I never saw my posted items when I was looking with the buy window, but I always see all my postings if I click the sell window.
