Kobali Boff Question.

The Kobali Command/Eng. boff from Dust To Dust has the Klingon red beam out effect.
I'm a Fed. and it looks really odd, esp. since the Romulan(Embassy) and Reman (FE) and the Diplomacy boffs all use the Federation blue version.

Anybody else notice this?

    At least as a fed you can give her the proper uniforms.
    As a rom and/or KDF, you can only give her fed uniforms. Which is bad.

    I guess it's some kind of multicultural boff.

    Second question, what exactly are her passives. For some reason the passive tab in the status screen only displays her known abilities for me, not her passive skills.
    The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

    From memory, she have a unique trait, which increase her damage for each allies dead. Pretty crappy if you ask me.
    Otherwise, it's all ground traits, she have teamwork, I think superior health, and another one I can't remember.

    Nothing fancy, the sontaran BOFF had much better.

    I must have missed something, I didn't get a Kobali BOff when I did "Dust to Dust"...

    She is in the maze. You have to find her. She is randomly set inside the maze, but you can see her on the minimap.

    The Photonic MACO Tac Officer (Fed side; if MACO wasn't already stating that) also uses the Red beam out effect and sound.

    I'm assuming you can onlu have the one, right? You can't have a complete creepy crew of Kobali critters?

    Passives (ie traits) are in the traits screen for whichever boff you have selected ever since the trait revamp

    I want to know if changes in tailor actually will work on Boff. I changed the color of the Kobali uniform in Tailor (and the image shows the changes), but the uniform is still the same color (Red, instead of Black) as before I made the changes.

    sometimes the display doesn't change immediately. Try it again, then exit the tailor and look at the boff in the status screen.

    You can take alien boffs and make them look Kobali. :D

    Derp, didn't think to check there. Of course, with the status screen tab still being labeled "Passives" I expected them to still be there.

    She can wear her proper uniform on all toons. The Kobali uniform is cross-faction.

    Of course cases like this do highlight the arbitrary nature of faction/racial restrictions. Because everyone can dress up like a Kobali but a Romulan...nope, gotta be the right race for that. :(

    QA? There is no QA division.
