BOFF passives gone?

All my boff passives seem to be gone. Any idea if/when this is coming back? I spent a lot of time working on my ground and space boffs over the years and right now all of that seems to have been for nothing since a white boff is just as good as a purple.

    Are they actually gone?

    They show up in a different space than they used to... under the Traits or one of the other tabs (I'm not actually in STO right now, so I can't tell you exactly).

    I don't know why the revised interface put skills where Passives used to be, but whatever... :P
