Abilities Icons Off Alignment On Tray

So I am still getting used to the new ability icons, but I noticed when they were highlighted in green that they were off to the right beyond the blue icon border. Also, I noticed that these icons were much smaller than the space provide for the icons on the tray. Is there any way we can get this fixed?
