    Normally I run it at fullscreen, but as you can see I was in a hurry and didn't have time to change it back :D

    I'm pretty awful, my best was 1700
    But I think lag is hurting my scores, the particles seem to rubberband for me about midway thru, and throws me off.
    I much prefer the dil mining mini game :)

    I think the max is 2600. I've heard rumors of guys getting 3k, but I've never seen it, and despite my best efforts have never been able to exceed 2600.
    It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once. B)

    2600 is the max, many people have collected perfect scores to confirm this and, I have even done the math!

    i hate the dill mining mini game or the crystal mini game at Nukra. oh the satellite game sucks too.

    you get it all lined up and less 2 seconds the thing is out of alignment again... i'm lucky to get 700 points on those games. 800 to 900 on the satellite would be rare and an exceptional game for me.


    the omega game is to me perfect... skill based and if no lag or mouse not acting up... can get 2300 to 2600 90% of the time.

    I'm averaging 2200-2400 if the minigame doesn't suddenly ends. 2600 I get 2-3 times a day.

    Lower your graphics settings to low.

    Shut off any distractions.

    glide your mouse.

    Reap the rewards.

    Shoot, STOA is doing a similar thing so I have this screenshot lying around. My best is 2500, so hat's off to whomever has gotten to 2600.

    And I'm running it in Cider on a Macbook Pro and I'm using my keyboard, so I kind of feel like I should have a handicap, lol... seriously, though, I think the keyboard is feasible. Once the particles get going, I stop trying to leap the full height of the panel, but just looking for juicy strings and clusters to go for. That said, most of the time, my score is 0 or 95 or something because the darn thing craps out.

    Then, yeah, just zone out... don't look at the score or the time... just be the particles, man, be the particles.

    I like it because its very similar to the old Activision game kaboom. I loved kaboom.

    Hilariously someone said it's like a muffed up guitar hero game. So I took that to heart, and when I play the minigame, I just get in a rhythm in my head while doing it, and get perfect 2600s pretty much always, unless it ends prematurely due to the bug, or I get distracted by chat XD.
