Looking for Fleet W/ T4 And Ways I Can Donate To LVL Up

Hi

I'm looking to join a fleet but I have certain criteria I need met first with said fleet.

I don't mean to be demanding or thinking I can dictate the terms but I need to be able to join a fleet which has a T4 shipyard (i think?) so I can buy the T5 fleet Escort Carrier (so I can then upgrade it to T5U fleet) but first I'll need to donate and LVL up so I can actually have the ability to buy the ship, so this fleet also needs projects I can donate to (I'm new to this whole fleet thing so still unsure on what I could donate, though I'd be willing so sell Doff's, Dillithium and one of my grandparents or what ever is needed).

I'm trying to sort it out here as I really need this first before I join a fleet. I'm not gonna leave the fleet once I have the ship, (ie, I'm not gonna use and abuse the fleet just to get what I need then flee lol) but I don't wanna join a fleet in the hope of getting this ship and then have to wait months because of lack of projects, or lack of tier level in the fleet. I have the Escort Carrier already, and the fleet mod and upgrade mod, but as you know I can't start leveling the ship up until I have the actual ship first (then use the mods etc)

So any offers? Any ideas?

My usual gaming time is anywhere from about 20:00 UTC to 3:00 UTC
