Has anyone done an EXP tracker?

Now this is far above my brain level, as I'm more a historian.
But has anyone worked out EXP as a % of pre-DR? Because I keep seeing XP moved up and down, left and right and I'll be hood winked if I know where its landed. I have a sneaky suspicion that its actually lower, and all these alterations are there to disguise that.
I'm thinking of something like 100 EXP Pre DR is now worth X% calculation?

well it's about 66 since the big post DR nerf. It's hard to compare pre DR as 1-50 or 54 is on a different scale of existence.
