Why is there a debuff called Photonic Capacitor?...
Every time it pops up....
it says something i was not able to read fast enough for the glimpse of each time i saw it...
Apparently, if i figure right... It is responsible for some damage it is doing to my ship...
How, is this the case in my figuring, or is it something else doing the damage?...
Any input would be appreciated...
I'm not sure how else to explain this happenstance of how the ship is getting damaged and from where the damages source is coming from...
