Looking for a Federation fleet

One Science officer, level 60, with six alts ranging from 55 to 59, living in US Central time. Looking for a casual-friendly, group PvE-oriented fleet that's active in my evening hours. Not much STF experience, and I often choose aesthetics or character concept over min/maxing, but I'm capable of learning strategies.
It'd be nice to be around people who consider "feminist" and "SJW" to be compliments, not insults.
Don't really care if it's a big fleet with a full starbase or a little one just starting to build.
