Can't get to old new articles

I've noticed the main news site seems to get stuck in a loop if you scroll back for older articles. Right now once you get back to roughly the Jan 8th patch notes it keeps serving up the same articles time after time.
After scrolling down through multiple copies of the same articles, I got to another batch of repeated articles around the Dec 3rd patch notes.
Is the web team aware of the problem, and can we expect to reliably access old dev blogs again?
