QoL Improvement - Contribute other-than-white duty officers

Is it possible to "improve" project donation by allowing us to direclty contribute green/blue duty officers to the projects instead of allowing only white.
While the grind-down of doff from purple to blue to green to white gives us recruiting CXP , this is a big chore for fleets.
It would be very beneficial to smaller fleets if we could add 1 green doff for a specific class to a holdings job, that would be worth 3 white doffs in the project progression. (or a blue one that would be worth 9 whites or purple for 27)
While this "bypasses" the whole personal officer system, it would give contributors some relief on their repetitive actions to grind out duty officers for fleet projects.
With the added functionality of a "select all" box upcomming ... i hope this improvement could be considered as well ....
