T5+ Starbase military project doff requirements

Currently both the Engineering & Science generic xp project correctly accept any science or engineering class doff to contribute to those projects.

However the T4-5 Military XP project correctly uses ANY red officer, the T5+ project still has the seperation between Security & Tactical class.

The T5+ project is the one that is slot-able after your starbase is fully T5 military.

All other projects i have found so far do not have this issue, only this particular project still has the old class seperation on it.

id just prefer if cryptic didnt look too closely at some of the t5 projects, and thats all i am saying (and all anyone should be saying)
